ice cream birthday card

A fun little birthday card I created with the hint of an old fashioned ice cream parlor:

I “stamped” diluted ink in each corner of the cardstock panel to create a subtle background for this card.  A white embossed sentiment on vellum adds a soft element to contrast the saturated colors of the bouquet.

I love flowers - and creating floral cards (I actually have red and white striped amaryllis in my yard)!  A smidge of glitter adds a hint of sparkle.

These wild asparagus papers are so pretty that I couldn’t put them away. By adding some MAJOR sparkle I was able to create festive Christmas cards!
