I enjoy making and sending cards for thanksgiving.  I like especially like the “soft” feeling I was able to create with this card.

iridescent sequins

I love this patterned paper by american crafts, but I wanted to soften the feeling of this birthday card, so I used vellum for the butterfly - white embossing on vellum is ALWAYS a good idea.  I added a bit of ink to the back side of the butterfly for dimension.  The sequins are iridescent - so sparkly!

I looked at the calendar on Friday and realized there are a ton of family/friend birthdays between now and the end of the year, so I plan to do a LOT of stamping this week!
